Regional Thematic History

As part of recent investigations undertaken in relation to post-contact cultural heritage, thematic history studies have been prepared to provide a supporting contextual overview of the era of Sunshine Coast history following contact between Aboriginal people and Europeans (the post-contact era).

Kabi Kabi First Nation

It is anticipated that a study relating to the story of the Kabi Kabi First Nation in the post-contact era will be published at a later date.

Jinibara People

It is noted that the above publications contain historic images of persons now deceased.
