The 2026 Heritage Calendar celebrates cherished community memories through the lens of renowned local photographer Bill Robinson. His remarkable collection of 20,000 photographs has been added to the Sunshine Coast Heritage Library, offering a rich visual archive for all to enjoy.
Spanning from the 1950s until Bill’s retirement in 1984, the images capture the Sunshine Coast’s cultural and social history, as well as key aspects of its natural and built environments. These photographs offer a unique glimpse into everyday life, significant moments, and cultural insights from decades past.
Bill’s legacy lives on through his collection, now a vital part of the Heritage Library’s photographic database, Picture Sunshine Coast.
Copies of the calendar will be available to purchase for $6 from council’s library branches and Customer Service, Caloundra Gallery, and Landsborough Museum from Saturday 20 September.
