Discover memorable stories about the people, places and history that have shaped the Sunshine Coast through a series of engaging local heritage videos, screened on the big screen at Library+ Caloundra.

These weekly Wednesday screenings showcase a remarkable collection of recordings captured over many years, featuring local people sharing their memories of Sunshine Coast history and events. The videos change each week and are drawn from the Cultural Heritage and Heritage Library collections.

Topics span a wide range of themes and voices, including First Nations and South Sea Island histories, business, agriculture and industry, celebrations, education, environment, family and community life, fashion, health, sport and recreation, tourism, transport and war.

Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the full hour. Plenty of seating is available on the tiered seating in the library foyer.
