Farmers' Markets

For the puritans, a farmers market, as recognised by the Australian Farmers' Markets Association as a food market where the stallholders are the farmers, their families or farm staff. Resellers are not permitted.
The emphasis is placed on farm-direct and artisan-made food sales. Plants, seeds, flowers, worm farms, compost, fodder – and small livestock like poultry are also included, but craft items are typically excluded.

Stall at a market
Eumundi Markets
Eumundi has three different markets. The main markets are open on Wednesday and Saturday, with Eumundi Square precinct also open on Fridays.
- Wednesday Markets: If you’re looking for a mid-week market adventure, the Original Eumundi Markets, Eumundi Square, Parkside Markets, and the Terraces welcome you every Wednesday from 8am to 2pm.
- Saturday Markets: On Saturdays, you can immerse yourself in the Original Eumundi Markets, Eumundi Square and Parkside Markets from 7am to 2pm.
- Friday Market: For a taste of Eumundi’s market charm without the weekend crowds, visit Eumundi Square on Fridays, open from 7.30am to 2pm.
Fishermans Road Market
From 6am every Sunday, make your way to the Fishermans Road Market where you can browse more dozens of stalls. Here, you can fill your basket with fresh fruit and veg and shop for preloved clothes while sipping on a smoothie. Make sure you bring your dog along for the outing as well!
Kawana Waters Artisans & Farmers Market
Every Saturday morning from 6am, rain or shine, you’ll find locals slinging hot coffee, fresh fruit and veg, cheeses, bread and plants at the Kawana Waters Farmers Market. Pick up juicy pineapples for an easy dessert, pick up a bouquet of blooms, or indulge in a piping hot homemade empanada.

Held every Saturday from 8am - 1.30pm in the Kenilworth Town Park. This country market has you covered for fruit and veg, eggs, craft, plants, art and more.
Maleny Sunday Market
This weekly market, held every Sunday from 8am - 2pm at the Maleny RSL. As it is undercover, rain won't stop play. Stalls include fresh produce, locally produced arts and crafts, antiques and collectables, jams and pickles, hot food, recycled designer label clothing, with lots more to explore.

Mapleton Country Market
Held on the 4th Saturday of the month from 8am - 12pm in the Mapleton School car park on Flaxton Drive you'll find fresh food at this market, alongside craft, bric-a-brac and food stalls.
Montville Growers & Makers Market
This monthly fresh local produce and craft market is held on the second Saturday of each month from 7.30am -12pm.
Nambour Town Square Market
This village market is held weekly on the corner of Lowe and Short Street from 8am - 2pm. You'll find fresh produce and plants alongside everything from cakes, street food, clothing, hand crafted goods and more.
Peregian Beach Market
On the first and third Sunday of the month from 7am - 12.30pm, you'll find home grown, organic and fair trade products alongside art, craft, upcycled, recycled, created, designed and handmade products at the Peregian Beach Markets.

Witta Markets
Held on the first and third Saturday of every month from 7am, this adorable market is the ideal place to stock up on fresh produce for the week ahead. Nestled in the picturesque Blackall Range just past Maleny, at Witta Markets you’ll score vibrant fruit and veg picked from the farm that morning as well as honey, homemade jams and sweet pastries.
Yandina Country Markets
Established back in 1990, the Yandina Country Markets are one of the Sunshine Coast’s original spots for picking up farm-fresh eats. Taking place every Saturday from 6am, you can load up on spray-free produce, plants, and street food eats.
