    Dating back to the 1940s, the quaint little Maroochy River boathouses jetties of Bradman Avenue have become an iconic part of our Sunshine Coast's rich history. The five boathouse jetties are direct links with the Coast's past, which is why council is proposing a planning scheme amendment to protect and manage these and other local heritage places and character areas.
